Management Development and Mentoring

We’re excited to offer learners the opportunity to take part in a college trip to Barcelona, a vibrant city known for its rich culture, sustainability and animal conservation. The trip is 4 days 3 nights and will give learners the chance to visit some of the city’s top attractions.

Price includes: 

·     Return flights from Bristol Airport with 15kg luggage per person.

·     Return airport transfer from Barcelona Airport to Accommodation.

·     3 nights bed and breakfast accommodation at Urbany BCN Hostel Meridiana, Barcelona.

·     Entrance to Barcelona Zoo

·     CRAM visit (a marine animal rescue centre)

·     Aquarium Barcelona

·     CRARC (amphibian and reptile recovery centre)

As part of our Travel and Tourism curriculum we have an exciting opportunity to offer learners. We are running a trip to London Heathrow Airport to visit British Airways Global Learning Academy to take part in safety equipment and procedures training 8th October 2026.

The training is 6 hours long and includes the following elements: 

• Learning Zones (looking at Safety/Emergency Equipment) 

• Pilot Incapacitation 

• A320 Slide Descent 

• Slideraft Practical 

• Smoke Chamber Exercise / Fire Rig (Naked Flame) 

• Cabin Evacuation & de-brief 

We have arranged transport which will leave Weston College at 06:30am, and return at approximately 7:00pm
