The course is delivered over 2 days and covers the following content:

Manage the legislative and compliance requirements of a vehicle test station

Develop and supervise test centre staff

Regulate test centre quality systems

Carry out audits

Deal with customer service problems and complaints

Course Description

There is an online, open book exam at the end of the teaching phase which the learners are required to achieve 80% to pass the course. 

There is no entry criteria for the course but having knowledge of the MOT process and systems is advantageous.
